Operating Strategy
A long-term strategy built around creating scalable businesses, generating consistent cash flow, and converting that cash flow into long-term asset ownership.
OMIRA is a holding company built around a long-term strategy of creating scalable businesses, generating consistent cash flow, and converting that cash flow into long-term asset ownership, primarily through real estate.
The vision behind OMIRA is not simply to build one company, but to develop a repeatable system that allows new companies to be launched, supported, and scaled efficiently over time. Rather than treating each company as a completely separate venture, OMIRA is structured as an ecosystem where different divisions support one another.
This structure is organized into 7 primary pillars: ENGINE, PRODUCTS, INFRASTRUCTURE, TECH, ESTATES, MEDIA, VENTURES.
Each pillar is managed through its own division — a sub-holding that owns the companies within it and coordinates their shared resources. The divisions are Celerra, Perpetra, TRULI, EMINO, OMIRA Estates, OMIRA Media, OMIRA Ventures.
ENGINE Pillar
Division: Celerra
The Engine pillar is the operational backbone of OMIRA — the internal infrastructure that powers every other business in the ecosystem. Rather than outsourcing critical functions like marketing, technology, staffing, or sourcing, OMIRA built these capabilities as independent businesses under a single division: Celerra.

Each company within it handles a specific operational function and can serve both internal OMIRA ventures and external clients.

The long-term vision for the Engine pillar is to continue expanding Celerra's capabilities so it contains every major function required to start and scale a business — making it faster, cheaper, and more reliable to launch new ventures across the entire ecosystem.
PRODUCTS Pillar
Division: Perpetra
The Products pillar houses OMIRA's consumer-facing brands — companies built to reach large audiences, generate revenue, and create scalable brand equity. All companies within this pillar operate under the Perpetra division.

The Ventures pillar is OMIRA's innovation pipeline — a dedicated division for testing, developing, and launching new business concepts before they are formalized into their own pillars. All early-stage ideas operate under OMIRA Ventures. Ventures exists because the best opportunities are often found before they are obvious. This pillar gives OMIRA a structured environment to explore new markets, validate concepts, and build the next generation of portfolio companies. When a venture demonstrates strong potential, it graduates into the appropriate pillar — Products, Tech, or Estates — and is handed off to the right division with infrastructure already in place.
- OMIRA Ventures – OMIRA Ventures is a structured business creation engine that captures, validates, and launches new ideas, turning them into revenue-generating companies through rapid testing and disciplined execution.
- ONEZERO – ONEZERO is a proactive athlete opportunity engine that connects athletes with businesses for paid partnerships, campaigns, and brand deals—managed end-to-end for speed, reliability, and scale.
OMIRA Ventures is the front door for future growth. It keeps the ecosystem in a state of continuous evolution without disrupting the companies already in operation.
Overall Strategy
The overall strategy behind OMIRA is to build a system that repeatedly creates and scales businesses while maintaining strong internal infrastructure.
The Engine pillar supports the creation and growth of companies. Those companies generate revenue and cash flow. That cash flow is then reinvested into long-term asset ownership through the Estates pillar.
This creates a cycle in which businesses generate capital, capital builds assets, and the system continues to expand.
While the structure is still evolving, the goal is to build an organization capable of launching and supporting many businesses over time while maintaining efficiency, clarity, and long-term financial stability.
OMIRA is still in its early stages, and many aspects of the ecosystem are continuing to develop. However, the intention is to build a repeatable model that allows new companies to be created, supported, and scaled within a structured environment.
What Makes OMIRA Unique
While many individual businesses within the OMIRA ecosystem may resemble companies that already exist in the market—such as marketing agencies, consumer product brands, technology platforms, or real estate investments—the uniqueness of OMIRA lies not in the individual businesses themselves, but in the structure that connects them and the system used to launch them.
Most entrepreneurs build a single company and then outsource the key functions required to operate that company. Those functions typically include marketing, technology development, staffing, sourcing, and operational infrastructure. OMIRA takes a different approach by building those functions as independent companies within the Engine pillar, allowing them to both support internal ventures and serve external clients.
Integrated Infrastructure
This means that many of the core departments required to start and scale a business already exist within the OMIRA ecosystem. Marketing can be handled through Vexon, automation and technology through Ezi Scale, staffing through Talenza, and sourcing through Solv. Because these capabilities are already established, new ventures can launch with immediate access to the infrastructure that most startups spend months or years building.
In practice, this creates a centralized system in which the number of companies in the portfolio becomes less important than the strength of the infrastructure supporting them. Instead of each business operating in isolation, they are supported by a shared operational backbone. This allows OMIRA to scale more efficiently and to launch new ventures faster than a traditional standalone startup.
Another core belief guiding the strategy is the idea that building businesses represents one of the highest potential returns on investment available. Traditional investments such as stocks may return approximately 8–12% annually, and real estate investments may return 10–20% depending on the market. Starting and scaling a business, however, can produce significantly higher returns relative to the capital required to begin.
Returns on Business Creation
For example, a business that begins with minimal startup capital—sometimes as little as a few hundred or a few thousand dollars—can potentially grow into a company producing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual revenue. In some cases, a business that costs less than $1,000 to launch could eventually produce $80,000 or more in yearly profit, representing an extraordinary return relative to the initial investment.
Because of this potential, OMIRA focuses on launching businesses with low startup costs, scalable systems, and strong operational support. When those businesses become profitable and systemized, the cash flow they generate can then be redirected toward long-term asset ownership through the Estates pillar, particularly in real estate.
The OMIRA Difference
Ultimately, the strategy is not simply to build many separate companies, but to build a repeatable system for creating and scaling businesses, supported by internal infrastructure and guided by a long-term asset accumulation strategy. The combination of centralized operational infrastructure, rapid venture creation, and disciplined reinvestment into assets is what makes the OMIRA model distinct from most traditional single-company entrepreneurship paths.
